Commissioned by a private art patron, the South Mumbai residence was conceived as a calming counterbalance to the pulsating energy of India's commercial capital.
Our architectural intervention removed non-structural partition walls to create an expansive, flowing salon where the Arabian Sea horizon remains visible from every vantage point. We selected honed Roman travertine for vertical surfaces and engineered wide-plank French oak for acoustic warmth.
Every surface invites human touch. The custom joinery was fabricated in our dedicated workshop with zero-tolerance mitred edges, concealed soft-closing mechanisms, and integrated LED channels.
The master bathroom features a monolithic freestanding tub carved from a single block of Tuscan limestone, complemented by brushed aged brass tapware and heated towel walls.
